From music of the American songbook to theatrical productions, Five By Design is one of America’s most diverse vocal ensembles. The Twin Cities vocal quintet has added a new project in a collaboration with alto sax jazz legend, Richie Cole through 2012.
As the vocal talent behind Radio Days, Club Swing, and Stay Tuned, Five By Design's productions include appearances with the Minnesota Orchestra, Atlanta Symphony, Baltimore Symphony, Detroit Symphony, Milwaukee Symphony, Pittsburgh Symphony, Florida Orchestra, Houston Symphony, Calgary Symphony, Utah Symphony, Vancouver Symphony, Toronto Symphony.
The Washington Post heralded Five By Design's Kennedy Center debut with the National Symphony as "one of the best pops performances of the season.”
Five By Design is adding performances and seminars at high schools, colleges and state / regional music conventions and conferences. Five By Design is a member of the American Choral Directors Association.
